Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancellations and refunds.

Free Cancellation

48+ hours before

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund.

Partial Refund

24-48 hours before

Cancellations within 24-48 hours may receive a 50% refund, depending on the experience.

No Refund

Less than 24 hours

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the experience are generally non-refundable.

Important Information

How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking through your Leseri account under "My Bookings" or by contacting our support team. You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Partner-Specific Policies

Some experiences may have different cancellation policies set by the Partner. These will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Please review the specific policy before confirming your booking.

Weather & Force Majeure

If an experience is cancelled by the Partner due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond their control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

No-Shows

If you don't show up for your booked experience without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us if you're running late.

Modifications

Need to change your booking date or time? Contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
