By accessing or using Leseri's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use of Services

Leseri provides an online platform that connects customers with experience providers, including but not limited to tour operators, spas, salons, and other service providers ("Partners"). We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of these services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To make bookings, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through Leseri, you enter into a contract with the Partner providing the service. Leseri acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking and payment process.

All prices are displayed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by Partner and experience. Please review the specific cancellation policy before making a booking. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe on the rights of others, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leseri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or services booked through the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
